Do you offer a backup system, in case of an emergency?
Your system data is backed up every five minutes to off site secure dedicated servers located in separate data centres under the control of our professional hosting partners Rackspace. In the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure, in other words, if your server goes up in a puff of smoke, we have a SLA with our providers that ensure you are back online within an hour, with data that was backed up at least 4 minutes before the event. You can take a virtual tour of their data centre to learn about physical security, power backup, and network routing equipment.
Is eBoss server or web based?
Its both, you access it via the web and it is hosted on a secure server.
Where will my data be hosted?
Your data is hosted with our hosting partner's rack space in their data centre in London.
How secure is my data?
Your data is securely hosted, our servers use hardware Cisco firewalls, all our client accounts have their own unique IP address and unique SSL certificate.
If we don't want to use eBoss anymore - will it cost me to get my data?
It's your data, there is no cost, all we ask is for 1 months notice of termination. We will deliver your data to you in a nominated format.
Can you customise eBoss for us?
Yes, we specialise in customising eBoss to match your work flow and practices.
How can eBoss drastically reduce my spam emails?
Our managed email system virtually eliminates all spam emails, you still use your outlook and eBoss mail system, plus a web access system branded to your corporate identity.
Will I be charged for any upgrade to the current release?
No, your license fee covers all upgrades and releases, we like to think of ourselves as your technical department, all you need is an internet connected browser, we do the rest.
Is a website included with eBoss?
Yes, we also supply the system with a website, if you have your own we can integrate our system to it.
Do you offer a SMS service for contacting candidates? What is the cost of this?
The eBoss system has inbuilt SMS capabilities and each license is supplied with 50 SMS credits per month. Additional cost is 9p per SMS text.

We offer 24 hour support, included in your license fee.
What are your payment terms and minimum period for renting your product?
After an initial 3 month contract, your license reverts to month to month requiring you to give only 1 months notice. Of course if you are not happy with the system within the first 7 days we will cheerfully refund your license fee 100%. Our subscription fee is £39 per month.
